Finishing
Our finishing department is equipped with the latest machines to suit all binding needs. It is headed by Eben Fourie, who has 25 years experience. He and a staff complement of 47 ensure the finishing department runs like a well-oiled machine.
The Bravo T Plus is made in Switzerland and can saddle stitch folded sections to a finished book at speeds of 11,000 books an hour.
The Muller Martini Pantera uses PUR glue, which gives the book the same strength as a section sewn book. This machine produces completed books at speeds of 4,000 perfect bind books an hour.
